- Our Story -For years we thought that if we just did great work and had excellent customer service, we’d survive in business.
And we were right – we just survived. Every month felt like a financial rollercoaster. It was awful.
It wasn’t until we took a hard look at how we were operating that we realized the problem: we could be the best in the world at what we do, but if no one hears about us, we’ll never grow. It’s a really common problem, and the good news is that it’s completely fixable.
We switched gears and instead of hoping, we got a plan. We started getting serious about marketing our business and helping our clients do the same.
Our focus shifted to showing more of the work we do, how we solve our customers’ problems, and getting over ourselves a bit more than we were comfortable with. The days of thinking people should just trust us because we’re honest and good at what we do were long gone. We got passionate about telling good stories for great businesses.
If you hire us, we don’t promise overnight success. You likely won’t go viral all the time, or have money start raining down from the heavens. We do guarantee that our team will work hard, hit deadlines, and never sugarcoat the issues with you. We’re nice, but we shoot straight.
